The fastest way to reach Planes is email. Write to the address below for anything — a component that misbehaves after install, a licensing question, a Pro purchase issue, trouble activating a key, or an idea for the catalog. Every message lands in the maintainer's personal inbox and gets read; there is no ticketing system and no support tier between you and an answer.

Include what you were installing, the command you ran, and any error output — most install problems are solved in one reply with that context.

Payments for Planes Pro are handled by Polar as merchant of record, so receipts, invoices, and billing-detail changes live in Polar's customer portal (the link is in your purchase email). For a lost license key, checking access, or anything Polar's portal can't resolve, email and it will be sorted out directly.
